Vinyl Value Vault

Every record I own, what it is worth today, and how that has changed. It follows my Discogs collection, re-prices anything more than a day old from the Discogs market, and keeps every price, so each record and the whole shelf have a history. A React dashboard sits behind a Cloudflare Access login.

Vinyl Vault for Alexa

The voice front end for the vault. Ask an Echo what the collection is worth, which record is the most valuable, what has gained the most this month, or whether a record is on the shelf. It says when records are not priced yet instead of rounding them away.

Astro, static, served by Cloudflare. The record, the signal chain and the figures are drawn in canvas and SVG rather than shipped as images; GSAP runs the motion and three.js the lean figure. Light and dark, phone to desktop.
